Cancellation of bookings for elephant interaction will only be accepted up to 16h00 the afternoon prior to the booking. 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after this time. 100% cancellation fee will be charged for a ‘no show’.
Additions or amendments to a confirmed booking will only be accepted if possible and only up to 17h00 the afternoon prior to the booking.
The charge would be for the number of people that booked for an elephant interaction.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for late arrivals that are unable to participate
Management reserves the right to cancel an elephant interaction at any time should it become necessary due to security and/or safety risk, or if weather conditions do not allow interaction to continue, or if it is felt that the well being of the animals or the safety of the guests is being jeopardized. In this case full refunds will be applicable.
In the event of a late cancellation, the booking may be transferred to another guest, in which case no cancellation fee will be charged.
No children under the age of 6 will be permitted to join the elephant interaction.
No person will be allowed to participate in an elephant interaction without having signed the necessary indemnity documents.
Guests need to be at the Guernsey Gate at 06h20am, late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the inconvenience it might cause other guests.
As we are dealing with animals in a wild environment, programs, availability and confirmations are all subject to factors which are beyond our control.
